Our Policies

Non-negotiable standards that protect our publications and our clients

Gold Knights Publishers is a UK-based company governed by the laws of England and Wales. We maintain strict operational standards to ensure the integrity, quality and reputation of our publication network. These policies are non-negotiable and apply equally to all clients — agencies, resellers, private companies and individuals alike. No exceptions.

Our team operates during UK business hours: Monday — Friday, 9am — 5pm GMT. All editorial reviews, invoicing and publication activities are carried out within these hours.

Before You Contact Us

We value your time and ours. To avoid any misunderstandings, please read this section carefully. If any of the following apply to you, we are not the right fit — and we respectfully ask that you do not submit an enquiry.

You want to negotiate on price

Our prices are published, fixed and identical for every client. We do not haggle, offer bespoke rate cards, match competitors or provide discounts beyond our standard 10% volume offer. If you are looking for a $5 article placement or "budget-friendly" rates, we cannot help you.

You expect post-publication payment

We operate a strict pre-pay model. Payment is required before any content is published — no exceptions. We do not offer credit terms, deferred billing, "pay after publication" or invoicing without intent to pay. If you submit an article with no intention of settling the invoice promptly, please do not use our service.

You want multiple do-follow links at the base price

Every article includes 1 do-follow hyperlink as standard. Additional links are available at £80 each (max 3). We do not include extra links for free, bundle them into the base price or make exceptions to this pricing. If you need multiple links, you must pay for them.

You want a bespoke plan or custom arrangement

Our service is standardised. We do not create custom packages, bespoke workflows, special arrangements or tailored plans for individual clients. Every client — whether an agency, reseller, private company or individual — receives the same service, the same pricing and the same terms.

You do not accept our terms as stated

Our policies exist for a reason and are not open for discussion. If our terms, pricing or processes do not align with what you are looking for, we understand — but we will not bend the rules. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or order that conflicts with our standards, and we may choose not to respond to communications that request exceptions we have clearly stated we do not offer.

Pricing Is Final

All prices are published on our platform and are non-negotiable. We do not offer custom pricing, haggling or ad-hoc discounts. Our pricing is transparent, fair and consistent for every client.

  • Prices are set per publication and per niche tier (Regular or Grey)
  • The only available discount is our 10% volume discount when ordering across 3 or more publications in a single order
  • We do not match competitor pricing or offer bespoke rate cards
  • Prices may be reviewed periodically and are subject to change — the price at the time of order placement is the price you pay

Payment Before Publication

Gold Knights Publishers operates on a pre-pay model. No content is published until full payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Once your content is approved, an invoice is issued via QuickBooks
  • Payment is accepted via PayPal or bank transfer only
  • Payment must be settled in full before publication proceeds
  • We do not offer credit terms, deferred payment or post-publication billing
  • Invoices are issued in British Pounds (GBP) with VAT applied in accordance with UK tax regulations

No Post-Publication Link Changes

Once an article is published, the hyperlinks within it are final. We do not alter, swap, update or add links to previously published content.

  • We do not change, replace or update URLs in published articles
  • We do not insert additional links into previously published content
  • We do not remove links from published articles upon request
  • The only exception is when a destination URL already has a 301 permanent redirect in place — in this case, we may update the link to the new destination at our discretion
  • Please ensure all URLs are correct and pointing to live pages before submitting your article

Content Removal Rights

We reserve the right to remove published content to maintain the quality and integrity of our publications.

  • Articles containing broken or dead links that point to pages that no longer exist may be removed
  • Articles that become obsolete, irrelevant or no longer meet our editorial standards may be removed
  • Content found to violate our editorial guidelines after publication will be removed
  • Content required to be removed by law or regulatory action will be removed
  • We perform periodic audits to ensure all publications remain clean, relevant and free of broken links
  • No refund is offered for content removed under this policy

Full Editorial Control

Gold Knights Publishers retains full editorial control over all content published across our network.

  • We reserve the right to edit submitted content for style, grammar, formatting and compliance
  • We reserve the right to decline any content that does not meet our editorial standards
  • All published content is clearly identified as sponsored or advertorial
  • We determine the final placement, formatting and presentation of all articles
  • Clients cannot dictate article placement, page position or URL structure

No Bespoke System Modifications

Our platform, processes and policies are standardised and apply equally to all clients. We do not customise our operations to accommodate individual requests.

  • We do not create custom workflows, bespoke reporting or tailored processes for individual clients
  • We do not expedite publication timelines beyond our standard processing times
  • We do not offer guaranteed publication dates — only estimated timelines
  • We do not adapt our content guidelines, niche classifications or banned content list for any client
  • All clients are subject to the same terms, policies and standards without exception

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital publishing, our refund policy is straightforward and final.

  • Refunds may be issued for orders that have not yet been published
  • Once content has been published, refunds are not available as the service has been fully delivered
  • If we decline to publish your content, any payment made will be refunded in full
  • Content removed under our removal policy does not qualify for a refund

Why These Policies Exist

These standards are not arbitrary — they exist to protect our publications, our clients and the quality of our network. By maintaining strict, consistent policies we ensure:

Quality Assurance Every article meets the same high editorial standard
Fairness Every client receives the same pricing, terms and service
Integrity Our publications remain clean, trustworthy and relevant
Transparency No hidden fees, no surprises, no exceptions
