Gold Knights Publishers operates a content marketing service that facilitates the publication of sponsored articles across our network of UK-based websites.

2. Service Description

We provide sponsored content placement services across our network of authoritative publications. Our services include:

• Publication of sponsored articles on selected websites within our network
• Inclusion of hyperlinks within published content as specified during the order process
• Editorial review of all submitted content
• Permanent hosting of published articles

3. Content Guidelines

All content submitted for publication must meet our editorial standards:

• Content must be original and not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Content must not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful material
• Content must be relevant to the chosen publication's audience and topic area
• Minimum word count requirements may apply as specified during the order process
• All published content is clearly identified as sponsored or advertorial content

We reserve the right to edit submitted content for style, grammar, formatting and compliance with our editorial guidelines. We also reserve the right to decline publication of any content that does not meet our standards.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our platform:

• Your order is subject to review and approval by our editorial team
• Pricing is as displayed at the time of order placement, in British Pounds (GBP)
• Invoices are issued via QuickBooks upon order approval
• Payment is due within the terms specified on your invoice
• Payment is accepted via PayPal or bank transfer
• All content must be paid in full before publication takes place
• VAT is applied in accordance with UK tax regulations at the prevailing rate
• For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism may apply

5. Publication Timeline

While we aim to publish approved content promptly, we do not guarantee specific publication dates. Typical timelines are:

• Editorial review: 1-3 business days
• Publication after payment confirmation: usually immediate (same day during UK business hours)

6. Content Removal Policy

Gold Knights Publishers reserves the right to remove published content under the following circumstances:

• The article contains broken or dead links that no longer point to active pages
• The article becomes obsolete, irrelevant or no longer meets our editorial standards
• The article is found to violate our editorial guidelines after publication
• Removal is required by law or regulatory action

We may perform periodic audits of published content to ensure our publications remain clean, relevant and free of broken links. No refund is offered for content removed under this policy.

7. Link & URL Policy

Once an article is published:

• We do not alter, swap or update hyperlinks in previously published articles
• We do not insert additional links into previously published content
• The only exception is when a destination URL has a 301 permanent redirect already in place — in this case, we may update the link to point to the new destination at our discretion
• Pricing is set at the time of order and is non-negotiable

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services:

• Refunds may be issued for orders that have not yet been published
• Once content has been published, refunds are not available as the service has been fully delivered
• If we decline to publish your content, any payment made will be refunded in full

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content for publication, you grant Gold Knights Publishers a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to publish, display and distribute the content on our network of websites.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gold Knights Publishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Business Hours & Jurisdiction

Gold Knights Publishers is a UK-based company. Our team operates during UK business hours: Monday — Friday, 9am — 5pm GMT. All editorial reviews, invoicing and publication activities are carried out within these hours.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
